    • Diagnostic Summary: Issue Tested: Power and ground circuits between the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) and the defroster. Findings: Power and ground are present; however, the CAN Bus signal between the modules is lost. Conclusion: The loss of the CAN Bus signal indicates a potential issue in the vehicle’s electrical system that requires more in-depth testing and diagnostic procedures. Recommendation: Due to the complexity of the issue and the need for specialized diagnostic equipment, we recommend taking the vehicle to an authorized Chrysler dealership for further testing and resolution. The dealership will have the necessary tools and expertise to conduct a full electrical system diagnosis.
